Visionary

Brian North has spent over 20 years doing what most people in real estate only talk about actually building things. From launching Arizona’s most productive independent brokerage, NORTH&CO., to building multiple real estate investment companies and co-founding The Gallery at Compass, his career has been less about chasing deals and more about creating them.

His background in sociology from Fort Lewis College gave him an early advantage: the ability to read people, not just markets. That instinct knowing when to push, when to wait, and how to structure something neither side has thought of yet is what his clients come back for. He’s navigated every angle of residential real estate across every market cycle, from the Great Recession and the pandemic to the surge of 2020-2022. When a situation gets complicated, Brian is who people call.

He works primarily with custom home builders in Arcadia and Paradise Valley, residential investors, and buyers and sellers of luxury residences. What he brings to each is the same: clarity where there’s confusion, calm where there’s pressure, and a strategy that fits the situation rather than the playbook.

Outside of real estate, Brian is a real estate educator, keynote speaker, and personal development coach with a passion for the outdoors and three adult children who keep him honest about what matters.
